Back to School direct mail

The Challenge

Shortly before summer was over, APC Pediatrics saw an opportunity to advertise to families with of school age kids. They wanted to have families call in for a Back-to-School physical exam. APC Pediatrics is a rather small private practice with growing potential. Therefore, this was also a good opportunity to introduce this practice and announce an office expansion across the street from one of their current offices.

The Plan

An image is worth a thousand words. There was a lot of information to fit in one postcard. The announcement of the expansion could create some confusion as if they were opening a new office.

The Solution

A colorful postcard, clean with simple lines, with a very organized structure. A direct message on the front: "Put your kid's health on top of your Back-to School list" provided an opportunity to introduce the brand right on the front of this postcard. On the back of it, a map solves the expansion explanation. A QRCode links to a contact card to facilitate families recording the contact information.
